Sales is his trade: in Germany he built a direct-sales organisation of more than 3,000 people before coming to Dubai. At True Estate he is responsible for sales and off-plan, for the buyer’s-agent model and for negotiating with developers.
His yardstick is in every inspection report: you buy on rental yield, not on the brochure.
Denise Tanrikul
She runs the day-to-day business: letting, short-term letting and the management of the units in our care, from finding tenants through Ejari to the monthly statement for the owner.
Her side of the business is the part that begins after the signature and never ends. That is precisely why she runs it.
Why True Estate exists
The Dubai property market is played from the seller’s side: the developer pays the agent, so the agent works for the developer. We changed sides. Every property goes through 40 checks, every yield is calculated after costs, and on off-plan 1 percent of the purchase price goes back to the buyer as cashback.
A no from us is a result. Someone who leaves without a property from us has not had a bad experience — they have kept their money.
